About

I am Vasso. I diagnose broken systems and ship the highest-return fixes first.

The work started in SEO. That is still the spine of the practice. It has never really been about keywords. It is about figuring out where a system has stalled, what the smallest change is that gets it moving again, and how to leave the people running it with something they can keep running on their own.

Backgrounds in technical search, analytics, and a fair amount of self-taught engineering. Fourteen plus years in digital marketing. In practice that means someone who can read your GSC data, restructure a content cluster, write the brief, fix the schema, set up the measurement, build the dashboard, and increasingly write the small piece of automation that ties it all together. One operator, end to end.

I take on a small number of engagements at a time. Fixed price, bounded scope. AEO sits beside SEO as a first-class surface: ranking inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews matters as much as ranking in the blue links. The rest is in the playbook.

The reason "value added" is in the name: most SEO retainers ship audits and dashboards. VASEO ships diagnoses, prioritised briefs, and the system around the work, so your team can keep running it after I am gone.

How I work

Six things I keep saying up front.

The model is built around your team executing. I sit upstream doing diagnosis, strategy, brief writing, and the first-pass technical work that accelerates them.

P/01 Diagnosis before delivery.

I figure out what is actually wrong on your real data before writing a single brief. The plan comes from that, not from a generic checklist.

P/02 Fixed price, never hourly.

Every engagement has a written scope and a flat price. Retainers welcome, one-shots welcome. Hourly is the only model not on the table.

P/03 Strategist and brief-writer model.

I almost never write every word of every blog. I write briefs, technical specs, structured-data docs. Your team executes. The budget buys 3 to 5x more execution this way.

P/04 Honest about what I can and cannot promise.

Nobody can guarantee a ranking or a traffic number. Anyone telling you they can is selling snake oil. What I can promise: the right diagnosis, the right fixes in the right order, and a playbook that survives day 31.

P/05 Leave you with the system.

Every engagement ends with templates, dashboards, and a roadmap your team owns. The point is that you do not need me past day 30. Most clients do not.

P/06 Adjacent work, on request.

If an engagement surfaces a measurement gap, a CRM mess, or a workflow begging to be automated, I will usually do that too. Quoted separately, same model.

Have a system that is quietly breaking? Start here.

A 30-minute call, no deck, no sales pitch. I will tell you honestly whether this is the right engagement for the problem.
