The terms for using this website, engaging VASEO, and giving the VASEO Google Ads connector read-only access to an account.

1. About these terms

In these terms, "VASEO", "I" and "me" mean Vasso Vassiliades, an independent SEO and AEO consultant trading as VASEO, based in Cape Town, South Africa.
"You" means anyone using this website, and any client who engages VASEO or gives VASEO access to an account.
Using the website, or giving VASEO access to an account, means you accept these terms.

The content is general information. It is not advice for your specific site or business until we have agreed an engagement.
The text, design and code belong to VASEO. Quote or share them with a link back; ask before republishing a page in full.
Do not misuse the brief form or the proposal pages: no spam, no attempts to open a proposal that is not yours, and no attacks on the site.

Scope, price, timing and deliverables are set in the written proposal you accept, at vaseo.co.za/proposal or in writing by email.
Where that proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.
Engagements are fixed price, never hourly. Payment terms are in the proposal.
Changes to an agreed scope are agreed in writing first.

The connector is a private, read-only reporting tool that I use to deliver your engagement. It is not sold or offered as a separate product.
You grant access by adding [email protected] to your Google Ads account with Read only access. You confirm you are authorised to grant that access for the account.
The connector never changes your account. You stay responsible for your campaigns, budgets, spend, and compliance with Google Ads policies.
You can remove access at any time. I stop using the connector on your account straight away, and reports already delivered stay yours.
How the data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Google Ads itself is governed by Google's own terms. VASEO is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

No one can guarantee a ranking, a traffic number or a revenue figure, and VASEO does not.
Recommendations are based on the data available at the time. Search engines and AI systems change, and results can change with them.
What I do promise: an honest diagnosis, fixes in a sensible order, and the deliverables named in your proposal.

The website is provided as it is, without any warranty.
As far as the law allows, VASEO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data.
As far as the law allows, VASEO's total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
If something goes wrong, email me first. We try to settle it in good faith within 30 days.
If that fails, the dispute goes to the South African courts.

The date at the top of this page changes whenever these terms do.
A change never alters a proposal you have already accepted unless we agree it in writing.
